Glass and glass products are widely used in our daily life. such as door,window,wine set,tea set,bottle,conuntertop,refrigerator baffle and so on. However,the glass with antibacterial and antiviral functions is still rarely found. Today we are going to

introduce a hi-tech antibacterial antiviral product. Zuolun anti-bacterial glass and glass

products which can kill the contacted bacterial and viruses prevent infections and

remove the odor efficiently caused by spoilage microorganisms. Based on the loading

 type photocatalystic technology an antibacterial nano-film was formed on the surface

of the Zuolun glass through high-temperature sintering and ion-loading processes which can kill all the contacted bacteria and viruses. Under visible light,the anti-bacterial ratio of Zuolun glass is above 99%. This glass needs no additional energy supply so it is none-energy-use . Besides ,it is both non-polluting and non-toxic which has been tested  by national authoritative institution. Now let’s examine its amazing effect through a set of experiments. The experimen is carried on by using Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus as the tested strains which followed the national standard GB/T 30706-2014. Firsty,the sterilized blank glass sheet(A)as control sample and Zuolun anti-bacterial glass sheet(B)were put into the aseptic dishes respectively. Then,the measured liquid bacterial germ was dropped  on the two glass sheets respectively .The two samples were covered with aseptic mulching film and put into the cultivator followed by 2 hours culture under constant temperature and humidity. 2 hours later,we take the samples out and wash them by pouring 10ml phosphate buffered saline. After shaking ,the eluate is diluted to proper concentration and put into the plate count agar and culture for another 24-48 hours. Finally,the plates were taken out and the colonies on the two plates were counted following GB4789.2. It is found that colonies of E.coli on the control sample are 1.87x105CFU and that of Zuolun anti-bacterial glass sample are only 5CFU. We can see the antibacterial ratio of Zuolun glass is as high as 99.997%. Similarly,the colonies of Staphylococcus aureus on the control sample are 1.49x105 CFU but only 97CFU on Zuolun anti-bacterial glass sample . We can see the antibacterial ratio of Zuolun glass is as high as 99.93%. The above-mentioned eluent was gram-stained and observed under a microscope we can find the antibacterial effect more intuitive. This nanofilm was prepared by high temperature sintering ,so it has a high wear resistance . Even after 500 scrubbing experiments,it still shows a high antibacterial ratio(95%). Meanwhile,the raw material was used are food additives certificated by FDA. They are nontoxic and non irritation. They also have got the certification of Ningbo Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. The antibacterial performance has been certificated by Techinical Institute of Physics and Chemistry CAS. These experiments proved that Zuolun anti-bacterial glass and glass products have an excellent antibacterial performance and a high wear resistance. Zuolun glass could be widely used for preparation of tableware ,fresh boxes,sterilizers and other glassware besides other glass products applied in family 、office、hosptial、transportation and so on. Bacteriostatic Glass


Bacteriostatic glass is a kind of green healthy glass developed by CSG. It has the features of broad-spectrum sterilization with the sterilization rate of >99.9% and excellent durability (lifetime >20 years).
